Powder-Solutions vibratory tube conveyors operate in a range of 60 to 75 dBA. The conveyors gently convey fragile, agglomerated, or instantized powders horizontally, in a totally enclosed environment, with virtually no degradation. They can be mounted on isolation spring support bases or suspended with overhead cables.
The tube can be easily cleaned through the removable inspection covers or with CIP spray balls. Vibrating pan style designs, with radius inside corners and hinged top covers, along with custom designs, are available.
