Fristam Pumps USA has announced the retirement of Peter Herb as president effective at the end of September.

Pete has been with Fristam for 36 years, where he has served in many leadership roles. In 2003, he took over as President and has served in that role for the last 20 years. During this time, he has led the company to tremendous growth expanding the business into new markets and growing its distribution channels. Fristam thanks Pete for his years of dedicated service and wishes him well in his next chapter.

Kevin Femal will assume the role of president for Fristam Pumps USA. Kevin joins Fristam with 20 years of experience in the distribution and service industries serving the sanitary markets including food, pharma and healthcare. He was recently CEO of an industrial manufacturing, repair and distribution business that doubled in sales during his 6-year tenure. Kevin brings his strong communication skills and passion for associate development.

Kevin is a Madison, WI, native and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he earned a double major in Marketing and Management.
