Ross Model PDDM-4 Planetary Dual Disperser
The Ross 4-gal. PDDM-4 planetary dual disperser mixer is equipped with a jacketed mix vessel, two high-viscosity blades, and two high-speed dispersers. All four agitators rotate on their own axes while orbiting the vessel for powder wet-out and deagglomeration. Designed for vacuum operation, the unit is designed for mixing thick slurries and highly filled pastes, and delivers dispersion and uniformity throughout a viscosity range of up to around 2 million centipoise. The mixer is available at the Ross Test & Development Center for no-charge demonstrations.
