The PPM snack frying system has adjustable cook times from 5 to 45 seconds and a state-of-the art frying wheel design. Extrusions or pellets are compartmentalized in each flight of the wheel to control the frying, while an advanced thermal controller maintains and adjusts oil temperature. Available in three sizes, the frying system offers production rates from 200 to 1,100 lb per hr. Gas or electrically heating options are available.
