Deitz Pharafill Ht6 B Automated Heat Tunnel

The Pharmafill HT6B automated heat tunnel from Deitz operates at 208 or 240 V with dual-heating elements for fast, efficient heat generation. Tamper-evident neck bands are sealed on bottles, jars, tins, cans, and other containers at speeds up to 100 per min.

The heat tunnel includes an emergency auto-lift system as standard. The auto-lift system features a proprietary current-sensing relay and bypass switch that automatically raises and holds the heat tunnel in the raised position high above the conveyor in the event of a power outage or other event that may cause a change in voltage.

With the heat tunnel raised, the auto-lift system safely dissipates the heat to prevent damage to the equipment and any products in process. When the proper voltage is restored, the settings are automatically recalled for quick return to operation.

The sensitivity can be adjusted on-site to trigger the lifting action at a complete loss of 110 VAC power or a preferred amount of voltage drop.
