Kollmorgen AKD2G servo drives have a multicore engine that accommodates changing load conditions with a current loop update rate of 1.28µs. Velocity and position loop updates are 62.5µs and 250µs. Incorporating a hybrid connector for single-cable motors, the drives have an I/O cage-clamp terminal that simplifies connections. An optional safe motion monitor and multiple bus choices are available, including EtherCAT, FSoE and CANopen.
