McCain Foods CEO-Designate Max Koeune

Max Koeune is assuming the role of CEO-designate of McCain Foods immediately. Effective November 1, he will become president and CEO of the company. He is succeeding Dirk Van de Put, who has been named CEO of Mondelēz International.
