Land O’Lakes, Inc. has announced the promotions of Beth Ford and Brad Oelmann.
Ford, whose new title will be COO, Land O’Lakes businesses, will be responsible for the WinField United business, in addition to continuing P&L responsibility for the Purina animal nutrition and Land O’Lakes dairy foods businesses. She also will retain her responsibilities for the system-wide supply chain, operations and IT. Prior to joining Land O’Lakes in 2011, Ford held positions at International Flavors and Fragrances, Mobil Corporation, PepsiCo and Pepsi Bottling Company, Hachette Book Group and Scholastic, Inc.
Currently EVP, member relations and business development services, Brad Oelmann will be taking on the role of COO, Land O’Lakes services. In addition to his current responsibilities, Oelmann will assume overall responsibility for Land O’Lakes SUSTAIN, crop nutrients, FLM harvest and government relations. He is the former CEO of United Suppliers Inc. and Aligned Ag Distributors.
Both promotions are effective as of January 1, 2018.
New leadership at Romana Food
Romana Food Brands Corp has announced that, following the acquisition of Pasta Romana, Morrie Fogelbaum has been chosen to serve as the company’s chairman of the board and CEO.
