TreeHouse Foods, Inc. has appointed Steven Oakland as CEO and president of the company, effective March 26. Most recently, Oakland served as vice chair and president of U.S. food and beverage at The J.M. Smucker Company. He has already joined the TreeHouse board of directors.
Current TreeHouse Foods Chairman, President and CEO Sam K. Reed will serve as non-executive chairman of the board through July 1, at which time he will retire from the company.
