Michael H. Solomon has been named as the new president of Dole Fresh Vegetables. In this position, Solomon will assume responsibility for all the division’s North American operations. Prior to joining Dole, he served as president of POM Wonderful and president and CEO of Ready Pac Foods, Inc.
New chief financial officer for Mondelēz International
Mondelēz International Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance Luca Zaramella will be taking on the role EVP, chief financial officer, effective August 1. Zaramella previously held a number of positions with Mondelēz, including senior vice president and corporate controller, as well as senior vice president, finance of Mondelēz Europe.
