Supplier of heat transfer solutions HRS Heat Exchangers has announced a number of key appointments and promotions across its global network, as the company continues its ambitious growth and expansion plans.

Matt Hale has assumed the position of Global Business Development Director. Having worked for HRS for 13 years, Matt’s background spans almost four decades in engineering, sales and management roles across the food, dairy and environmental processing industries. Matt’s new role for HRS encompasses key account management, global distributor oversight and marketing activities.

Matt states: “I’m very much looking forward to driving the business development side of our business, leading our talented team across the globe in our ambition to deliver sustainable and efficient heat transfer solutions. Developing our valued key accounts is a critical part of our growth strategy and this will be at the heart of my new remit. In addition, I am keen to further enhance our brand strength and recognition through our ongoing marketing activities, working closely with our partner suppliers to maximize all opportunities.”

Arnold Kleijn has been named Global Sales Director. Following a long and varied career with HRS, including such roles as Product Development Manager and Sales Director Europe, Arnold is perfectly placed to lead the sales function as the company bids to increase its global reach.

“I look forward to the challenges and opportunities that come with this new role,” says Arnold. “I have always been grateful to work across different markets and cultures during my various positions within HRS and hope to build on this further as Global Sales Director. It’s an honor to be part of this company and help drive forward our mission in the global marketplace.”

Finally, Antonio Jara Ponce has been promoted to Global Sales Manager, Europe. A chemical engineer with over 10 years’ experience at HRS, Antonio’s new role is a natural evolution of his commitment to customer service, engineering excellence and project management.

“I am excited to embrace this new opportunity,” states Antonio. “I’m driven by the belief that the right technology can protect and sustain our world, and I look forward to helping our customers move towards more efficient, sustainable and cost-effective process solutions.”
