Nestlé Purina PetCare Announces Plans for New Factory

The new facility will support long-term growth for trusted pet care brands and meet increasing pet food demand.

Nestlé Purina PetCare is investing $550 million to build a new factory, which will produce leading dry dog and cat food brands, including Purina Pro Plan, Purina ONE, and Dog Chow, in Williamsburg Township, Ohio. Construction is projected to begin this fall, and the factory is expected to be operational in 2023. The 1.2 million-sq-ft facility will employ more than 300 people by 2024.
