METTLER TOLEDO X38 Pipeline X-ray System
METTLER TOLEDO X38 Pipeline X-ray System

Used with pumped food products as they are moved toward final processing and packaging, the METTLER TOLEDO X38 X-ray pipeline inspection system inspects products from ground and minced meats to soups, dairy products and jams for potential contamination by glass, metal, mineral stone, calcified bone, high-density plastic and rubber compounds at speeds up to 14 metric tons per hour; the flow rate signal coming from the pump can automatically adjust the system’s scan speed and rejector timing to match production line flow speeds. Standard pipe sizes include 2 1/2-in., 3-in. and 4-in. diameter; custom diameters are available.
