Eagle Pack 400 HC hygienic X-ray system

Designed to 3-A Sanitary Standards, the Eagle Pack 400 HC hygienic X-ray system features welded stainless-steel plates, tool-less belt removal, interlocked hinged louvers and a cabinet that deflects water away from the machine. It inspects products packaged in plastic containers, cartons, boxes and pouches, and rejects contaminants, such as glass shards, dense plastic and rubber pieces, metal fragments, and mineral stone. The system also conducts quality checks, including fill level, mass measurement and seal inspection, to locate food trapped in seals and cap or closure placement. It meets the North American Meat Institute’s sanitary design standards and has an IP69 ingress protection rating.
