Featuring a washdown-rated drive system and controls, Rite-Hite FasTrax clean room doors have a one-piece radial header machined from a solid block of UHMW plastic. The smooth polypropylene fabric of the doors resists acids, bases and water absorption, while the noncorrosive, removable Lexan and UHMW side frames stand off from the wall to minimize surface-to-surface contact and reduce pockets where bacteria can grow. Compliant with USDA and FDA standards for cleanup, the doors operate at speeds up 100 in. per sec and are suitable for washdown, high-wind, and cooler or freezer high-cycle applications.
