Cuisine Solutions opening new plant

Cuisine Solutions, a provider of prepared gourmet entrées, sauces and other sous vide items to foodservice providers, has broken ground on a manufacturing plant at Brooks mixed-use development property in San Antonio, Texas. Construction of the $120 million, 290,000-sq-ft facility is scheduled to begin this March, with the opening expected in mid-2020. The plant is projected to add an excess of 500 jobs over four years, following initial operations.
