Rotary valve is easily disassembled/cleaned

Engineered to reduce the likelihood of contamination, the Coperion K-Tron stainless steel Quick-Clean Aerolock rotary valve features end plates, bearings and seals that handle pressure differentials up to 0.8 bar (12 psi); a preloaded radial-thrust, tapered roller bearing assembly; and outboard bearings. The housing and end plates are made of wear iron or chrome-plated wear iron. The gaskets provide a positive seal between the valve’s flanges and the components directly above and below. The rotor shafts are sized for torsion and bending loads above standard drive horsepower requirements.
