Compact ring drive system requires little to no maintenance

The Nexen CRD 250B compact ring drive system includes a built-in zero backlash locking/brake design. The brake is spring engaged and pneumatically released to default to lock in a power failure or emergency situation. The drive features 800Nm holding torque, 60 psi maximum release pressure and a fully sealed, IP65-rated housing. The three-drive design configurations allow the drive to be optimized for speeds up to 225 rpm, high torque or both. Typical applications include cutting systems, automated welding, robotics and semiconductors.
