The DC Norris Coandă Jet Cook steam infuser has a curved shape, allowing product to be drawn through the nozzle, which atomizes steam into tiny particles and then collapses the steam into the product without losing any of its energy. With the unit, product is pumped, heated and mixed simultaneously. The infuser also can entrain/induct powders, such as starch, gums, SMP, flour and stocks, directly into the liquid product stream. Used for food and beverage production in batches or continuous processes, the infuser has no moving parts.
