Checkweigher eliminates need for timing screws

Intended for the inspection of round containers such as cans, jars and bottles, the METTLER TOLEDO Hi-Speed CM9400 XS checkweigher integrates  timing, spacing and scale sections to allow seam-to-seam weighing. Transfer conveyors integrate the speed of the checkweigher with that of the production line, while the servo-cam rejecter redirects nonconforming containers from the production stream. Features include a 15-in. color touchscreen interface that accesses 23 fields for the monitoring of multiple production line processes; intuitive menu-driven navigation; and a 200-product memory.
