The Endress+Hauser iTHERM TrustSens hygienic RTD self-calibrating temperature sensor calibrates itself in situ after each sterilize-in-place operation. Built-in technology monitors the sensor and sends warnings when it detects a sensor failure or drift or other measurement errors. Able to measure temperatures from -40°F to 320°F, the sensor works in pressures up to 725 psi and provides a 4-20mA output with HART. It is available with a variety of hygienic process connections and can be configured for direct immersion measurement or with a protective thermowell.
