Industrial Magnetics, Inc. has been certified by HACCP International for the use of its magnetic separation equipment in HACCP-based food safety programs. HACCP International provides certification for products, materials and services brought into food processing and handling that meet best practices in terms of food safety.
To receive certification, products are simply, practically and scientifically assessed regarding all facets of food safety, their compatibility with HACCP-based food safety programs and their contribution to food safety. The HACCP Certification Mark is confirmation, from an independent third-party product certifier, as to a non-food product’s ability to support the integrity and safety of food as demanded by industry expectations, legislation and GFSI-endorsed standards.
