Four Corners Brewing Co. becomes part of Constellation Brands

Constellation Brands, Inc. has purchased Four Corners Brewing LLC, a Dallas business that creates and distributes a portfolio of unique beers, which has become a member of Constellation’s Craft & Specialty Beer Group. Four Corners Founders George Esquivel, Greg Leftwich and Steve Porcari and their current employees will remain on board. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
