The Kraft Heinz Company has acquired Primal Nutrition, LLC, a brand that focuses on condiments, sauces and dressings, along with healthy snacks and other food categories. Primal Kitchen’s headquarters will remain in Oxnard, California, where it will operate as an autonomous company led by its current leadership team.
