In addition, Ferrero is acquiring six Kellogg-owned food manufacturing facilities in Allyn, Washington; Augusta, Georgia; Florence, Kentucky; Louisville, Kentucky; and Chicago, Illinois, as well as a leased facility in Baltimore, Maryland.
