Kettle Cuisine buys Harry's Fresh Foods.
Kettle Cuisine has purchased Portland, OR-based, privately held, custom food manufacturing company Harry’s Fresh Foods, which offers outsourced, private label and contract manufacturing of soups, sauces and other specialty items. The transaction expands the manufacturing footprint of Kettle Cuisine, the only US coast-to-coast fresh soup producer.
Bettcher Industries buys equipment manufacturer
Bettcher Industries, Inc. has acquired Cantrell, which manufactures poultry processing equipment and systems that are sold in the United States, Canada and Latin America.
