E. & J. Gallo Winery buying Constellation brands
E. & J. Gallo Winery is purchasing from Constellation Brands, Inc. over 30 wine and spirits brands, including Clos du Bois, Black Box, Estancia, Mark West, Wild Horse, Franciscan and Ravenswood, as well as six winemaking facilities in California, Washington and New York. The $1.7 billion transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
