Kroger completes Turkey Hill sale

Peak Rock Capital affiliate new owner

The Kroger Co. has completed the sale of its Turkey Hill business to a Peak Rock Capital affiliate. The business was sold for $215 million. Turkey Hill will continue to operate out of its Conestoga, PA location.
