Newly Weds Foods buys Jigsaw Foods

Chicago-based Newly Weds Foods Inc. has acquired UK-based Jigsaw Foods Ltd., which provides customized products, such as sauces, butters, dressings and spreads, to food manufacturers and foodservice operators in the UK and the US. Newly Weds Foods now has 17 North American manufacturing facilities and 11 plants in the UK, China, Australia, Thailand, the Philippines and New Zealand.
