ProMach new owner of STOCK America

Expands portfolio with additional process sterilization solutions

ProMach has acquired STOCK America, which provides integrated turnkey process sterilization solutions to produce shelf-stable foods. Current STOCK President Timothy Schurr will join ProMach as STOCK vice president and general manager. STOCK Vice President of Technical Services Julio Delgado and Vice President of Business Development Rick Eleew also will be going to ProMach.
