Ardent Mills sells facility

Dawn Food Products Inc. has purchased an Ardent Mills ingredient mix facility in Burlington, Ontario, taking over the sweet ingredient business and expanding its Canadian reach. Ardent Mills will continue to supply flour to the facility. Details of the transaction were not released.
