Pro Mach acquires Allpax Products, Inc.

Pro Mach, Inc. has acquired Allpax Products, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of sterilization, material handling, and automated control systems for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.

With the acquisition of Allpax, Pro Mach adds retorting and sterilization capabilities to its diverse packaging portfolio.

Allpax, which is based in Covington, Louisiana, will become a new division of Pro Mach within its Primary Packaging Business Unit.
