Hometown Food Company has appointed Tom Polke as president and CEO. Polke served as president of Ferrara Candy Company since 2012, where he most recently also was the company’s chief integration officer. He previously led the successful merger of Ferrara Pan and Farley’s & Sathers to create Ferrara Candy Company.
