Largest tuna supplier in Western Pacific and one of world’s largest integrated marine industry supply-chain service providers now owner of 120-year-old seafood and specialty protein products marketer

Taiwanese company FCF CO., LTD. has paid $928 million to purchase Bumble Bee Foods. The two companies have had a 30+ year supplier-purchaser relationship and share a commitment to sustainability and global fisheries conservation. Bumble Bee President and CEO Jan Tharp will continue to lead Bumble Bee, and there are no planned changes to the Bumble Bee headquarters in San Diego, California.
