Kraft Heinz is selling its Breakstone’s, Polly-O, Athenos, Hoffman’s, Knudsen, and Cracker Barrel cheese businesses, as well as the licensing of the Kraft cheese brand, to Lactalis in a $3.2 billion deal. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of next year, subject to regulatory approval.
