Autoware, an international Manufacturing Software Integrator based in Vicenza, Italy, is joining Coesia, a global expert in advanced industrial and packaging solutions headquartered in Bologna, Italy. 

This transaction marks an important milestone in Autoware’s growth journey. Becoming part of Coesia will enable Autoware to strengthen its capabilities, broaden its reach into new markets and continue its mission to deliver high-quality digital solutions for manufacturing operations management, supply chain operations, and process control.

Autoware’s portfolio includes Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) software, and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) solutions for leading companies, mostly but not limited to those in the Food & Beverage, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Pharmaceutical sectors.
