Ossid’s catalog of self-guided training resources and operations guides are now available to customers in Spanish through its Online Customer Training Portal.

The Online Customer Training Portal was designed to help customers develop a consistent, detailed training program for their Ossid equipment, which includes tray packaging, thermoforming, industrial scales, and labeling systems. The portal provides essential information, including operational guidance and preventative maintenance tips, to keep machines running smoothly. All training is self-paced and accessible anywhere with an internet connection. Additionally, each section includes a quiz at the end to help managers assess employee knowledge.

Resources within the portal cover critical areas such as new product setup, cleaning and sanitization, safety, and replacing consumable parts. Instructions are available via video tutorials, PowerPoint presentations, and other media to offer customers a variety of formats.

By translating the portal and its resources into Spanish, Ossid is making this vital content more accessible to a broader range of workers across the manufacturing industry.

“Spanish is often the language that many workers are most comfortable with, and offering these important training modules in Spanish ensures information is communicated clearly and efficiently,” said Tyler Murray, Technical Services Manager, Ossid. “At Ossid, we are committed to being a resource for our customers throughout the entire lifespan of their equipment, and the Online Customer Training Portal is a key tool in achieving that goal.”

Customers looking to access the portal can visit www.ossid.com/parts-and-service/online-training-portal/. The Spanish language option is available by toggling languages at the bottom left corner of the screen, or at www.go.ossid.come/OssidTrainingPortalSpanish.
