Kinsley’s new servo-controlled timing screw smart lane divider, the Smart Divider System (SDS), merges the flexibility of mechanical laners with the container-handling properties of timing screw dividers.

Containers can react to downstream stoppages and be routed automatically to the operating lane. System can also be programmed to batch containers to each side, which was not previously possible with timing screws. Divider provides increased uptime and flexibility to labeling, filling, and other dual-lane type packaging systems.
