Nexen Group: Tension control brake

Nexen Group (Vadnais Heights, MN) has introduced the BTB-12 tension control brake for corrugating, labeling, printing, and various other web tension-control applications.

Designed for mounting on shaftless unwind stands and other shaft-end applications, the BTB-12 includes a built-in fan for optimal heat dissipation. Comes fully assembled and is mounted using a Taper-Lock® bushing and torque pin. Unit’s smaller outer diameter of only 13” makes it very compact.
