The MOCON GreenLight rapid yeast and mold test system for dairy applications, such as yogurt, soft cheese and cream, enables dairies to release product in approximately 18 hrs. Using an oxygen-depletion sensor and automated reader, it screens for the presence and number of aerobic microbes. The system can be loaded with mixtures of bacterial and other tests at the same time and controlled automatically.
