Has an all-welded shaft assembly

Gericke Nibbler
Gericke Nibbler

The Gericke nibbler de-agglomerates the blocks of dried fruit used in the production of products such as breakfast cereals, baked goods, sauces, soups, marinades and food for infants and children. It features an all-welded shaft assembly, 240 grit/0.6 RA internal finish and 316 stainless steel woven wire screen with a 20 to 30mm opening. Able to break large agglomerates without smashing the product, the unit also can tease raisins apart with little or no damage. The basket and screen assembly can be fully welded for a hygienic design.
