Engineered for small- to high-volume food processors, the Hollymatic self-feeding Model R2200 tabletop forming and portioning machine is capable of forming a variety of products into a range of shapes up to 4.7 in. in diameter, with adjustable weights and thicknesses from 3/16 to 1.3 in. Powered by a 3/4hp motor, the standard machine has a 33-lb. hopper capacity and a variable speed production output rate of 2,200 portions/hr. Synchronized paddles form and portion product, and interleave patty paper, if required. Options include automatic wire cleaning, multiple hopper sizes and extended conveyors.
