ROSS VersaMix multi-shaft mixer

The ROSS VersaMix multi-shaft mixer has a three-winged anchor and high-speed disperser blade that combine shear and bulk flow at various stages of the mixing cycle; a rotor/stator emulsifying head includes solids/liquid injection manifold technology for sub-surface raw material additions. Operated from an 11-in. touchscreen, the recipe system offers batching based on speed, time, temperature and vacuum level.
