Sterling Systems & Controls automation and process control system
Constructed for bulk bag filling, the Sterling Systems & Controls automation and process control system has a motor starter process control panel that includes an Allen Bradley PLC with discrete and analog outputs; automation software, including manual/off/automatic switches with running indicating lights; four motor starters; and the fusing and wiring to meet application requirements. The operator interface touchscreen mounted in the door of the control panel displays the automated bag filling process and enables the adjustment of operating parameters for the control system.
