Vibratory Separator Machines

Gerard Daniel vibratory separator machines are designed for dry separation, wet or dry classification, and liquid-solid separation.

Gerard Daniel Vibratory Separator

Gerard Daniel Performance Series vibratory separator machines are available in three distinct model ranges from 18 in. to 60 in., with a full complement of screens and parts tailored to each user’s productivity needs. At PACK EXPO International, Booth LU-8435, Gerard Daniel will be featuring two model sizes: the brand-new 18-in. Compact portable model, plus a 30-in stainless-steel food-grade model.

Each Performance vibratory separator machine is well suited for dry separation, wet or dry classification, and liquid-solid separation. By carefully selecting the mesh and stacking multiple screen decks of increasing mesh opening size, users can separate or classify material into several sizes in a single pass.

The 18-in. Performa Compact model, on the small end of the scale, is ideal for lab analysis, occasional use, small batch sizes, and startups. It plugs directly into a 120-volt 20 amp outlet and can be fitted with optional locking caster wheels to enable the user to move it easily from one operation to another. It is available with up to two screen decks.

The Performa 30-in. machine is perfect for medium-volume applications. It is small enough to move around the shop but big enough for some serious throughput all day, every day. The Performa can accommodate up to three screen decks, as well as locking caster wheels.

All Performance models come standard with 304 stainless-steel screen decks, rings, and screens, as well as a powder-coated mild-steel base. Rugged purpose-build vibratory motors for each model are selected with voltage and amperage suited for the country of use.

Gerard Daniel offers a full range of made-to-spec screens, in epoxied (standard) or welded construction for high-temperature applications, as well as three de-blinding (de-clogging) technologies to prevent clogging and permit maximum uninterrupted productivity.

According to Larry Koehn, sales applications manager with Gerard Daniel, “For every customer, we draw from our 70 years of expertise in woven mesh to recommend a screen gradation to suit their needs, resulting in maximum production rates. This is one of the ways we add value to their purchase.

“We also proudly build each Performance machine in the USA, and our production team uses the best materials to build durable equipment that will last for decades. In addition, we offer options like seamless welding and stainless-steel bases for food-grade applications.”
