High-speed shuttle with automated basket movement

Offering traverse speeds up to 250 feet per minute, the Allpax high-speed shuttle provides precision laser positioning and comes with two- and three-basket load options. Suitable for washdown operating environments, it features a severe-duty design and components, including laser-cut Type 304 stainless frame construction; Allen Bradley VFDs and Compact Logix controls; Eurodrive gear reducers/motors; and encoder-guided conveyors. Available for all dimensions of retort baskets, the shuttle integrates into the Allpax ABRS for a totally automated retort room.
