Robotic palletizer is cost effective and ergonomic

The ESS Technologies Dual Cell-E robotic palletizer integrates a FANUC five-axis robot, which offers a payload capacity up to 110.2 lbs., with custom-designed end-of-arm tooling that can pick one, two or three cases with each cycle. The dual cell, one-in, two-out configuration allows the robot to automatically begin palletizing a second pallet position after the first pallet load is complete. The palletizer comes with floor-mounted pallet guides with pallet presence sensors, a robot controller with a teach pendant, a zero-back pressure case infeed conveyor and interlocked wire mesh, PLe-rated safety guarding.
