The AFC Bulk Bag Filler (BBF) from process equipment manufacturer Automated Flexible Conveyor features a novel design that enables one worker to safely manage the entire bag filling process from the floor level. Inviting ergonomic access to the spout connection points, the bag filling machine eliminates the need to climb ladders, stairs, and mezzanines along with the risk of slips, trips, and falls. Connecting empty bags to the discharge, closing filled bags, and operating the semi-automated filler controls are all performed safely, quickly, and easily at floor level.

Suitable for automatically filling flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBC) and other big bags, the low-profile AFC BBF stands just eight feet high on a compact footprint to fit into tight spaces without disrupting existing equipment configurations. The bulk bag filling system features a durable, steel support structure for safe, stable operation with fill weights up to two tons loading bag sizes up to 48-inch cubes. A built-in bag inflation system mitigates any dust exposure as standard while integrated weighing and densifying are offered as options.
