Engineered for the poultry industry, Linde LIXSHOOTER bottom injectors are positioned on the bottom of a mixer, blender or kettle to chill products with liquid nitrogen or carbon dioxide. Designed to keep the nozzle area clear while blended poultry or other wet product mixes are being chilled, the nozzles make a positive seal against the inside surface of the mixing vessel to minimize areas that could harbor moisture and food particles. A dual-cryogen option allows switching between liquid nitrogen and carbon dioxide.
