Liquid product recovery (aka pigging system) is used after a product transfer to remove or recover residual product remaining in the process pipelines. Widely adopted by food, beverage, homecare, paint, personal care, and pet food plants throughout the world, it’s an extremely effective way to increase product yields & improve profits, speed up changeover times, cut waste & boost environmental sustainability.

Bardiani Valvole Canada is distributing and servicing Bardiani Valvole PIG valves range all over North America, such as B93JPG Mixproof valve, BZAW3PG Double seal valve and BBZZPG Single seat valve.

Mixproof B93JPG valve enables complete and safe separation between two fluids and recovery of the product with PIG. The lower body is specially designed to allow smooth passage of the PIG minimizing death zone; the upper body might have 1 or 2 horizontal ports. The upper shaft has an axial seal while the lower one has a radial seal. B93JPG may be installed vertically or suspended. When vertically installed, CIP is drained by the port above the bodies and by the auxiliary valve. With intelligent design and reliable performance, the B93JPG is the ideal choice for a wide range of industrial applications.

With a commitment to reliability and quality, Bardiani Valvole and Bardiani Valves Canada are ready to support your production and sustainability goals by recommending the best solution for your business.
